Chia Green Beets Smoothie

Hello Everyone and I hope you'll have gotten used to the eventual "Monday Blue's" :)

I thought what better way to start off the new week than with a brand new smoothie recipe which is power packed with Chia-Seeds and Beets.

Beets-Smoothie
Chia Green Beets Smoothie
There's already been too much emphasis on "consume more fruits and veggies" on a daily basis from our parents/well-wishers/doctors/media/etc but the question is  "How many of us are really doing it and also how much-many veggies n fruits can you eat" ?  I mean imagine sitting with a huge bowl of green veggies and fruits and try eating it 2-3times/day :) as per our daily nutrition recommendation.
I can definitely not picture myself eating it but "YES" I can drink it. Hence another smoothie recipe including new veggie & seeds.

"Chia Green Beets Smoothie"  is a next level super duper healthy smoothie which is not only packed with antioxidants but anti-inflammatory and a great detox. Also, it's a nice break from our regular mean green smoothies as beets give it a brilliant reddish purple color and chia seeds makes it slightly denser and filling.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone suffering from Diabetes or any other sugar related restriction, should please consult with their doctor/nutritionist before consuming this smoothie because of the addition of beets.
