Quick Chili - Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chili-Chocolate Chip Cookie
These "Chili-Chocolate Chip Cookies" are quite easy n sinfully yum. Infact I have been making chocolate cookies for ages now using oil however it always missed that smooth buttery texture & crunch which a butter cookie has. But I was not ready to make cookies using butter as we all would agree that cookies are something we don't even count when eating. I had also heard that chili goes really well with chocolate and had been wanting to try experimenting with it. So today, I've mixed the oil recipe with some butter & also added some chili powder to the same and trust me, it's given these cookies a great crispness (due to butter & oil) and a kick because of chili. You should definitely give it a try as they just melt in your mouth.
