Guacamole


Serves:
Serving Suggestion: Can be served as a Dip with finger snacks /  Breads / Chips OR can be added as a filling to sandwiches

Tools:
1 Medium Bowl for mixing all the Ingredients.

Ingredients:
3 Medium Avocado
1 Medium Onion – Thinly Chopped into small cubes
1½ Medium Tomato - Thinly Chopped into small cubes
1 Large Garlic Clove – Mashed and Thinly Chopped
2 Large Green Chilies – Deseeded and thinly chopped into small cubes
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice – Fresh is preferred but store bought would also do 
2 Tsp Lime Juice - Fresh is preferred but store bought would also do.
2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro/Coriander – Thinly Chopped – Optional
Salt – As per taste

Method:
  1. Slice the avocado into half along with skin (As per picture above) and scoop the pulp into a medium bowl.
  2. Using a Fork, Mash the avocado pulp into small chunks, now add onion, tomato, green chilies, garlic and mix well.
  3. Once nicely mixed, add lemon+lime juice, salt and give it a quick stir to incorporate everything.
  4. Now add coriander and give it a final stir and the guacamole is ready, now place it in fridge for 15 min.
  5. Serve Cold
