You can pre-make and keep this in an air tight container in Fridge for upto a month. This is a perfect pair to any spicy food or salads.

Ingredients:
2 Cups Fresh Cilantro(Dhania
Patti)
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Tamarind Paste
(Imli Paste)
2 Clove of Garlic
2 Green Chili - Optional
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder -
Optional
2 Tbsp Water
Method:
- Wash cilantro, garlic, green chilies and drain out all water.
- Add all the above Ingredients in a blender jar and pulse to form a smooth paste.
- Serve Fresh with spicy food or store in fridge in an air tight container upto a month.
