Sweet n Tangy Cilantro Chutney


Sweet n Tangy Cilantro Chutney
This is an easy and quick chutney, which can be made in 5min with everyday Ingredients.
You can pre-make and keep this in an air tight container in Fridge for upto a month. This is a perfect pair to any spicy food or salads.

Serves: 1 medium container 
Serving Suggestion: Serve with spicy food.

Tools:
Liquid Blender/Grinder with jar
1 Medium Container for storage

Ingredients:
2 Cups Fresh Cilantro(Dhania Patti)
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Tamarind Paste (Imli Paste)
2 Clove of Garlic
2 Green Chili - Optional
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder - Optional
2 Tbsp Water

Method:
    Chutney
  1. Wash cilantro, garlic, green chilies and drain out all water.
  2. Add all the above Ingredients in a blender jar and pulse to form a smooth paste.
  3. Serve Fresh with spicy food or store in fridge in an air tight container upto a month.
