"OMG" this is exactly what I said after tasting this recipe of Edamame. We have been eating steamed edamame for couple of years now however never thought of making any changes to it. So just out of curiosity tried this combination and let me tell you "It's Crazily ADDICTING" !!! You just cannot stop at just few pods.
So for those who haven't tried "Edamame", it's a fresh baby/immature soybean in pods extremely rich in Fiber, Protein, Iron, Magnesium, Folate, etc. They are mainly found in Japanese, Chinese or Hawain cuisines. So it's a great snack especially if you are on diet or consuming less calories due to any other reason.
It's simple n tasty even as steamed n lightly salted but wait till you try it this way !!!!

ReplyDeleteThanks Shobha, It's an amazing and super healthy snack once u start liking the flavor. Edamame is very much like raw bean seed flavor but much more milder.
