Coconut Hazelnut Coffee


Coconut Coffee
Coconut Hazelnut Coffee
Serves: 2
Serving Suggestion: Serve Cold 

Tools:
Electric Blender OR Ice Crusher
2 Coffee Glasses

Ingredients:
½ Cup Milk – (I’m using fat free, you can use as per taste)
½ Cup Coconut Milk
½ Cup Ice
2 Tsp Hazelnut Essence OR Nutella 
2 Tsp Instant Coffee – (I’m using Nescafe, you can use as per taste)
1 Sachet Sweetener – (You may use sweetener OR sugar)
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder - unsweetened
2 Tbsp of Whipping Cream OR Reddi Wip - Optional

Method:
  • Mix milk, ice, hazelnut essence, instant coffee and sweetener in an electric blender and pulse/grind till ice is turned into a slushy.
  • Pour the coffee mixture into glasses, dollop 1Tbsp of whipping cream/glass and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve Cold
