Fruit Cream

Fruit Cream
Can anything be better than chocolate, cream and strawberry ??? 
My answer is "NO", it's simple, divine n yummmm. If you don't believe me, make it and see for yourself !!!
It's also a quick dessert which looks absolutely stunning in long stem glasses.

Serves:  4
Serving Suggestion: Serve Chilled (Takeout only when ready to serve) 

Tools:
1 Large Bowl
4 Long Stem Glasses

Ingredients:
1 Cup Vanilla Ice-Cream – Chilled
½ Cup Whipped Cream
1 Cup Strawberry – Chopped (Fresh or Frozen)
¼ Cup Walnuts – Chopped
¼ Cup Chocolate Chips – small
3 Tbsp Caramel Sauce
2 Tbsp Lemon Rind

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, add strawberry, walnuts, chocolate chip, caramel sauce, lemon rind and mix evenly.
  2. Add Ice-cream and whipped cream to the above mixture and fold quickly to smooth and mix everything.
  3. Distribute the mixture evenly in the long stem glasses and freeze for 20min.
  4. Serve Chilled
