Garlicky Edamame

Garlicky Edamame"OMG" this is exactly what I said after tasting this recipe of Edamame. We have been eating steamed edamame for couple of years now however never thought of making any changes to it. So just out of curiosity tried this combination and let me tell you "It's Crazily ADDICTING" !!! You just cannot stop at just few pods.
So for those who haven't tried "Edamame", it's a fresh baby/immature soybean in pods extremely rich in Fiber, Protein, Iron, Magnesium, Folate, etc. They are mainly found in Japanese, Chinese or Hawain cuisines. So it's a great snack especially if you are on diet or consuming less calories due to any other reason.
It's simple n tasty even as steamed n lightly salted but wait till you try it this way !!!!

Serves: 3
Serving Suggestion: Serve as an appetizer

Tools:
1 Medium nonstick wok
Small Bowls OR Plates (For Serving)

Ingredients:
1 Package Edamame (24oz) – Room temperature (I’m using the Organic Steamed Edamami)
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
2 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper

Method:
Start heat on medium and place a nonstick wok on it.
Add edamame and soy sauce and stir for 2min.
Sprinkle garlic salt, crushed black pepper on it, give it a quick stir and turn off the heat.
Serve Hot.

    1. Thanks Shobha, It's an amazing and super healthy snack once u start liking the flavor. Edamame is very much like raw bean seed flavor but much more milder.
